In Cantonese, these delicious buns are called “Nai Wong Bao”. These steamed custard buns are a Yum Cha dessert favourite. Lightly sweet with a creamy custard in a fluffy bun.

Eggs, Salt, Coconut Cream, Coconut Milk, Maize Starch, Sugar, Milk, Flour, Butter, Yeast, Wheat Starch, Colours (102,110, 150d).
