This is quite a creation here! This bun is a winner! Its such a great treat for us! Its rich sna creamy, yet not too sweet and over kill.

OH WOW! when I opened the freezer the durian smell filled up the entire room. When we steamed the buns and ate it steaming hot…… It was such a delight. Not tooo sweet and sickly as I was concerned but quite pleasant and the durian taste was perfect. The texture was soft and not too thick and the bun was nice and soft. Chef Wong…. you have nailed it.
I am going to become a regular here….

This buns quite unique 👌. This bun is for the true durian lovers out there! True tot he flavours, the durian and the custard really work well together. It isn’t overly sweet yet satisfying to the tastebuds. The busn itself is also nice and soft when eaten almost steaming hot !

Sorry after such a long time to give a second review.
After the explanation given by Doris that they mistakenly put the wrong buns (custard instead of durian) in my order and gave me a replacement, I found the durian buns are okay. The smell of the durians seem to be there after the steaming.
