Its unlike the takeaway restaurants, these are large and full of Hugh quality prawns and the chicken isn’t fuly minced. It has a really good bite to it. It is also soooo well balanced. This is such a good winter comfort food.

Oh dam! This is legit the BEST won ton/ Shuai gao I have had! The prawns r big and crunchy and the chicken and mushrooms balance the flavours well. When i bit into each one I have such a mouthful of delight. I really look forward to eating this every time i boil them now! AMAZING! We are big big big fans of these.
