How To Steam Frozen Dumplings

Step 1:
Bring a pot of water to boil.

Step 2:
Place the dumplings in a steamer basket lined with baking paper, making sure that dumplings spaced at least 2cm apart. (Dumplings will expand when cooking)

Step 3:
Steam for 10 to 12 minutes.

Step 4:
Turn off the fire and remove the lid of the steaming pot and allow the dumplings to cool for about 3 to 5 mins. This will allow the delicate and delicious skin of the dumplings to firm up.
